Lui, Gough / VK2FGYL

Had no luck with the third transmission on October 25th due to low frequencies and daytime at the transmitter resulting in nearly nil propagation to the bank of receivers I had used. This fourth transmission propagated much better, but still suffered much in the way of interference from high-powered shortwave broadcasters. It is unfortunate that a technical issue meant all my attempts for October 23rd were in vain, and I was caught out by a frequency change that left me only with NBTV for October 24th. Nevertheless, I am satisfied that I was able to hear every movement, at least once, from all around the world thanks to the numerous SDRs which I have used and acknowledged in my report. Unfortunately, there is no evidence for the Luxembourg Effect occurring this time around.

Will submit multiple reports this time due to parallel use of multiple receivers.
