Archived videos from 2019

The following videos are recordings of live streams that were streamed from the Anchorage Radio Science Operations Centre during the March 2019 HAARP experiment campaign.  Composition No. 1 (in 10 movements) was transmitted four times, and each time, there were two separate live youtube streams of SDR radio receptions.  The reason that there are two video streams per transmission is because some of the movements were luxembourg experiments which involve simultaneously transmitting two different things on two different frequencies and having them mix together in the ionosphere.  If the luxembourg effect is present, then you should hear both sounds on one frequency.  If the luxembourg effect is not present, you can play two videos simultaneously to hear an approximation of the mix that was intended.
