Shaffer, Jim

(41.13N, 76.83W)

Equipment used was an SDRPlay RSP1 receiver fed by an LF Engineering H-800 active whip antenna outdoors. Signals were recorded and reviewed later, hence any images I send will have incorrect timestamps.

Monday night suffered from a high noise floor. Most of the time only a carrier was visible on the display, with some unintelligible audio occasionally trying to rise above it.

Tuesday night was somewhat better. The noise floor was still high, but parts of the transmission were stronger with sidebands visible most of the time but audio still largely unintelligible. The best audio was during Movement IX, with a moment of particular clarity for the 0254Z SSTV transmission on 6900 kHz, where I received the attached image.
