Langley, Richard

This is a report on reception of the HAARP transmissions between 23 and 26 October 2022 using my own receiver in Hanwell, just outside Fredericton, New Brunswick. I went outside with my receiver (protected in a plastic enclosure), close to 40 m away from the house to help minimize the effect of RFI being generated inside my house. I used my Tecsun PL-880 in AM mode with 2.3 kHz bandwidth along with my Tecsun AN-03L 7-metre wire antenna strung to a nearby tree. The audio was recorded using my Tecsun ICR-100 radio recorder / digital audio player with the mp3 files subsequently downloaded to my MacBook Pro for later playback and analysis.

Note

Detected some digital noise above the background noise level on my recording between the scheduled times for the NBTV movement. Tried playing the audio file through the "NBTV - The BIG Picture" Windows software but didn't discern any images. Perhaps the signal was just too weak for images to appear or it was due to my inexperience with the software. Audio file and a screen capture image attached to this report.
