I received the broadcast of numbers and letters on March 27 from 0234utc to approximately 0240utc. While scanning I came upon a barely audible signal on 4500khz. Just enough to tell it was some type of numbers broadcast, but barely audible. I continued down to 4400khz and the signal was much better, but with fading and some noise. Numbers and Phonetic Alphabet Letters. After a little research I realized I had received the HAARP broadcast. Very interesting work and I will be on the lookout for tonight's brodcast...or the morning's to be precise!
