This is the first time I've heard an NBTV signal. While listening to the the signal I wasn't sure if I was hearing what I was looking for or just random noise on the bands. After the transmission was complete, I read about how to decode NBTV signals. Using the program "NBTV - The Big Picture!" I was able to decode portions of the NBTV transmission. While the tone could be heard most of the time, it wasn't strong enough to produce a solid decode for the entire transmission. QSB was present adding an additional challenge.
