Note
Since the local time in Japan was 3PM, the transmission was not heard in my hometown. I thought it was not heard "at all," but when I re-checked a record of my Perseus SDR at the time of movement XIII (NBTV), I was able to hear a very weak signal of continuous tone that exactly started at 06:05:30 UTC (local time 3:05:30 PM) on the back of China National Radio on the same frequency (9500kHz). This should be the NBTV signal from HAARP, although I could not decode. In the attached video, the tone signal starts at 11 seconds, in a very weak signal on the background of the strong signal of China Radio. I am expecting better reception on the Oct 25/26th transmission as the local time in Japan is midnight at that time. |
