Received on 2019 March 29. Only heard on 2.75Mhz and 3.35Mhz, nothing heard on other published frequencies. I had
to switch between the 2 frequencies for best reception throughout the one hour of broadcast. I did note hearing
something akin to voices before the start of the SSTV portion at around 0624UTC (audio recodring attached)

I have attached the SSTV decodes from my phone (running the above mentioned app, placed next to speaker). Format of
the file name starts with 20190329_012421. First set of digits is the YMD. Second set of digits is the local time (US
Central) that it was finished decoding (eg, 012421 would be 01hr 24min 21sec)
