Located in Regina Sk. Using a loop antenna with a Tecsun S8800 radio. At246 UTC on the 27th of March 2019 (or at +246 PM plus a day on the 26th (local time) on the 6900 knz. The signal was strong, but there appeared to be some interference, which made it difficult to understand the message. I did get "Why would the RCMP be interested now?" along with some music. The text ended with a strong sound of what reminded me of an old modem tone.
