I'm in Newberg, OR and received your signal with a mini whip antenna up about 30 feet and an SDRPlay RSP 1.
I could detect the carriers for some of the voice transmissions, but the tone and modulation level made if difficult to understand the words.
The signal strength seemed better for the SSTV transmissions. Here are the images I decoded...
